About returns
We accept product returns. You have the right to apply for return within 14 days after receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
It may take up to 10 business days for us to receive and process your return. Once processed, your refund may take up to 2-7 business days to be reflected on your account statement, and original shipping charges are not included in the refund price.
About damaged products
We guarantee 100% product quality and workmanship. If the finished product is significantly different from the picture, incorrect, incomplete, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Send photos and a description of the problem to [email protected] and include your order number.
Once you check, we'll be happy to replace and reship the item to you at no charge. You don't have to return your damaged item to us, throw it away, reuse it, or transfer it to your favorite charity. If we are unable to correct the order, we will refund the original payment method (including shipping charges).
Due to different monitor settings, the colors displayed on the screen may not exactly match the actual ink or garment. The images displayed on our website may differ from the items shipped as our suppliers frequently change their images and graphics. We will endeavor to update these contents as they change.
Please order. Use the size chart included with each listing. We are not responsible if you select the incorrect size or wrong product.
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before a refund is issued. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].
